Each individual may hold only one active Phlaro account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Phlaro employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Phlaro is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Phlaro will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Phlaro support immediately. Phlaro will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. Phlaro shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting Phlaro customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Phlaro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false information; or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, Phlaro reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation and referral to law enforcement.
Phlaro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Phlaro reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Phlaro reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending completion of AML checks, or where KYC documentation has not been provided.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Phlaro does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the player's sole responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by Phlaro are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Phlaro reserves the right to void winnings generated from bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
Phlaro actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses; using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other players; or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, Phlaro reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds will be automatically removed from your account balance. Phlaro is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.
Each game available on the Phlaro platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Phlaro reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Wagers placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the calculation of winnings, Phlaro reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. Phlaro shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.
If you experience a disconnection during a game, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. Phlaro is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

Phlaro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Phlaro account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Phlaro does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Phlaro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Phlaro's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Phlaro collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Phlaro will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Services and compliance with legal obligations.
